FHA and VA Home Loans, Orange County, CA - Tim Storm
I have been an Orange County, CA Loan Officer since 1989, specializing in working with First Time Buyers and Move Up buyers. FHA loans and VA loans have been a cornerstone of my business, along with the standard Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac programs. Home Point Financial has always been a company focused on working with homebuyers, and it continues to be. All processing, underwriting and funding takes place in our Orange County office located in Newport Beach, CA.
We offer Free FHA and VA loan PreApprovals and Prequals, and I am easy to contact. I have always been known as someone who will return your call quickly, and will keep you informed of the status of the loan.
I am a licensed Broker with the CA Dept of Real Estate (license # 01086852) but close all of my loans directly through Home Point Financial. I am a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) and a Certified Mortgage Planner. I received a BA in from the University of San Diego in 1988 with a Finance emphasis.
Our FHA and VA Home Loan Services for Orange County
Along with many years of experience closing FHA and VA loans, I also have many years working with First Time Home Buyers.
Most of my time is now spent closing FHA and VA loans in Orange County, CA. The flexibility offered in credit qualifying, and low down, or no down payment, make these programs very attractive to Orange County First Time Buyers. VA is also a great program for those who are eligible and requires no down payment up to the county limit. The Zero down financing loan limit in Orange County and Los Angeles County for 2015 is $625,500. The VA loan does not have monthly Mortgage Insurance, which can result in a lower payment when compared to an FHA loan.
I am very good at jumping on a deal that needs to close quickly. I'll let you know on day one if it looks like there will be complications with a loan. It's just a matter of getting the initial credit approval on the first day and reviewing on the borrowers documentation.
Here are the types of deals I've worked on over the years:
FHA, VA, Self Employed borrowers Investment property buyers First Time Buyers
Working with Veterans using the VA loan program is my biggest focus. From the initial prequalification to the preapproval, and then later to the actual closing of the loan, the whole process should be stress free, and I do everything in my power to make it that way.
